I've been using Parkside for almost 2 years now, they have taken care of all three of my pets (two are seniors). I've found them especially Dr. Otterson and now Dr. Meyer to be really good with all three. We've had everything from dental extractions to advanced senior care services at parkside & they've been great every time!

We had our two siamese kittens altered here yesterday. Front desk staff were friendly and cheerful. Dr. Hotaling gave each kitten a thorough exam and explained the kittens' conditions, how the procedure would work, etc.

He called around noon to tell us that the procedures went very well and that the kittens were fine. We brought them home in great health, fully recovered from the anesthesia and with good appetites.

The entire staff is friendly, upbeat and the atmosphere is very upbeat.

We will use them again.

I would give them an A+ in everything. Their prices are reasonable. They are well within range of what I would expect to pay. we've had them for years since we had our first dog.

The neutering went well. My puppy came home and healed with no complications. The cherry eye surgery, to place the third eyelid gland back into its pocket and secure the pocket, was not successful after two attempts. Zeke was well taken care of and after care was explained and followed through on. We have been referred to an ophthalmologist specialist for further care of Zeke's eye condition.

When we first got our dog she got sick a few days after we got her home. I thought it was just diarrhea, so I made an appointment a for a few days later. When it got worse, I made an emergency appointment, and then when she started throwing up and heaving, we moved it even sooner and squeezed her into their busy schedule. Dr. Kucskar first saw Evy on that emergency appointment, and noticed that she was dehydrated along with the severe diarrhea that I had noticed. She stayed overnight on an IV for fluids, and had some medicine. In the morning when I went to pick her up she was like a new dog. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is, and how they sincerely care about the animals that they care for. When we went back for a well dog visit, Evy couldn't wait to get in the door and meet everyone.
I'll continue to go to this veterinary hospital and Dr. Kucskar for as long as I live in Albany.

Their prices are not bad at all. The cost does add up for the veterinary work as they are very thorough and take very good care of the animals. They will send you to a specialist if needed. They do a very good job and would provide very good care if they were human doctors as well. I was very impressed with them because the first time I went there they sent my dog to an animal neurologist per a diagnosis they were suspicious of and they were right. I have since that time taken all my animals to their clinic and that was 10 years ago.

They are outstanding. They are very professional. The staff and doctors are outstanding. They really, really care. I am very, very pleased with their service, their professionalism and their kindness.

She does very well for me and I will continue to use her.

I visit them two or three times a year. I have a ten year history with them. I have two dogs. I pay $65 after senior citizen discount. I would rate them highly.

I like the people. They are wonderful with dogs. They have a good reputation as far as medical care for dogs. I didn't have any variants with that, he was not sick at all. I had the dog only for about 3 months and then I gave him to someone. He was a little puppy and he had to get his shots and he had to get his vaccination and to check out how he was growing and how much he weighed each week and those kinds of things. It was an every other week, about an hour visit and they were very very good over there. They weren't cheap but they weren't too high. I do have friends who have used that same place and they liked it very much. They would give good answers and good direction and help for my questions as far as what to do with little puppy. They were very helpful. We got in everytime right when we got there. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

We have been going there for few years and we have been very pleased with them. We were able to get an appointment pretty much anytime that we needed to. All of their staff and vets were very nice. They sent us a card when we had our daughter and also sent us a card when we lost our cat. Our oldest cat was very vicious when she went in there but they were still very gentle, very caring and very loving with her. When she needed to be put down, they came to our house for the appointment so that it would not stress her out. They are a little more expensive than some of the other vets but we keep going there because we are very happy with their quality.

I found Parkside Vet after reading reviews online, and it appeared to be very highly recommended. After visiting Parkside, I see why! They are very caring and compassionate, easy to schedule an appointment, the doctors are very good with your pets, knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Kucskar saw my cat and she was very sweet and patient, even when my normally mild-mannered cat nipped her at the end of the visit (after several shots, blood draws and nail clippings!). They were very helpful and cooperative in getting me copies of my cat's vaccination paperwork when I took her onboard an airplane. They are also very available on the phone and it is easy to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. The office is fairly close to my home and there has always been empty street parking close by. The entire office staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Parkside Veterinary Hospital and will continue to take my cat there in the future.
