Flooring
I was so unhappy with this company. They installed new tile and some were uneven, some tiles higher than the others. Tile was cut crooked at the entrance and was quite noticeable. The two owners are the installers and when I asked them to please fix it the one owner became nasty and short tempered. The grout near the entrance started to crack and break away about two weeks after. Lousy job, lousy attitude.
