This company went above and beyond. We needed a survey done asap and they accommodated our request and went above and beyond to help our circumstances in order to sell our home. They were very friendly and very accommodating and got the report to the real estate agent the next day. They are lifesavers.

This went very smoothly. This is a family business, so emailing them is best. They then answer as soon as they get a break, within a couple of hours. They answered all my questions in a very timely and professional manner, they did everything they said they would when they said they would, and the price was exactly what they quoted. I provided them with my scanned house deed and tax map immediately because I knew that surveyors need this for the price quote. There were two visits; the first within a week and a half, the second a week later, we paid half up front, and the second half on the second visit. They then provided up with a stamped official survey, and had put in stakes with orange ties. The price was far less than all of the other surveyors I contacted, by several thousand dollars. The others also took over three weeks to reply to me. Fran was an absolute pleasure to work with. This is the way surveyors should operate.

Survey went very well. Responsive to my needs, reasonably priced, came before their estimated time frame, and on Saturday! Would highly recommend.

Contacted last fall for survey gave us a price when we called them back never returned our call . Tried this spring to contact the company ,not even a courtesy call back

We chose OJ Meyer based on the reviews we saw on Angie's list. Initially they were responsive in that we kept leaving voice mails for each other. We paid 50% as agreed upon June 30th,and they started the work shortly thereafter, but we didn't see them again for over 5 weeks. At one point we did receive a phone call apologizing for the delay; the surveyor was out of town at his daughter's destination wedding. This must have been a surprise wedding because at no point earlier had he told us there would be an extended delay. I do believe the only reason they came back when they did to finish the job was because I went on their facebook page and asked when they were returning.
I have to believe the work is done accurately, but have no way of knowing. The way we were ignored is the reason for the rating I've given.

I called Chris in the early summer before installing a fence on my back property. He gave me a great price, which included 11 boundary points along my property of 2 acres, all man-made improvements including wood shed, cabana, play house, covered porch plus numerous hardwood trees which I wanted to get documented on paper.
He knew I was under a deadline for the fence installation so he was here when he was needed and completed the job, which included a pristine master copy of the survey, a few weeks later.

They are professional and reasonably priced. They are family owned business.
