Called for service and made an appointment with NBS. The technician was working around the corner on new construction. They did the electrical wiring on our home 1 1/2 years ago. He showed up as promised after completing his work day at 4 pm. Diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes, by flipping on a three way switch that was inadvertently half-way off. He said he didn't know how "they" would handle the charge. We promptly received a bill for $82. which we thought was excessive under the circumstances. When we called to discuss the matter, this is what happened:
Madeline, (the person in charge of billing) would not listen past my name. She went into a dissertation that lasted about two minutes and then said do not call us again and hung up on me.
