Kelly sounded great, and seemed as though they would be very accommodating. Because I couldn't personally be there. I left my key, and she asked me for my credit card number for security in case I never paid. I thought that was reasonable, as she said she would not charge the card, as long as I wrote a check after services performed. It wasn't me to be worried about, she and crew never showed up!! I was so upset, as I had no time to make other arrangements. I can't express how much harder this has made my move. I tried over and over to reach her, confirming the morning of the appointment, and trying to reach her after. I probably called 5 or 6x. Horrible experience, and now she has my credit card#. I am highly disappointed in Angie's list with this listing, and ratings. I will be watching my credit card like a hawk, and have notified the company to watch for any fraud. Kelly-all you had to do was reach me, or have someone call me back if you couldn't make it, terrible way to do business. You could have had a consistent customer.

I called Modern Maids on Monday 7/8/13 and discussed my needs with Kelly. She was able to fit me in on that Wednesday 7/10/13. She was very well priced and eager to please. I was so happy that I will be using her on a regular basis. I highly recommend Modern Maids.

I am extremely happy with Modern Maids. Kelly and her housekeepers did an amazing job, and I have never seen my house so clean! My floors and windows sparkled, and they dusted in places I wouldn't have thought to. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

I called and set up an appt luckily she was able to schedule me that week. She called about 30 min proir to arrival and was right on time. Very professional 3 young ladies showed up to clean my 4 bedroom house. They were friendly and happy to listen to all my detailed instructions. They finished a little under 2 hours. Very thorough cleaning my house still smells great a week later. I highly reccomend Modern Maids. They were very affordable and offered many different discounts. I have NO complaints.
