It went wonderfully. I'm not in the immediate area and at first was given a two week window. The local repairman called the following day and we set up an appointment. He was extremely courteous and very affordable. Both Modern rep and repairman were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Great customer service! They came out right away to measure and understand what I was looking to do. He had a great crew do the job in a few hours. My basement isn't truly a finished basement, but the carpet really bumped it up a level. Would definitely use them again!

We've used them before. We know that we are going to get what we pay for and we get personalized service. It is not as expensive as some of the other places because they don't have the big overhead. We would absolutely use them again.

They did a great job in moving the furniture and installing the carpet. They also identified structural problems with the staircase and pointed them out to us. Rather than just covering up the problem, they showed us what needed to be done. We contacted a contractor who came and repaired the the stairs. The installers from Modern Carpet came back and finished the job the day after Xmas and did a very professional job. I would recommend them to anyone.

It is important to work with Morris Losice. Our first attempt, with another member of the staff, was a bit unpleasant. We placed an order and never heard from him again. When we complained, Morris Losice took over, and everything was handled promptly and professionally. He came to our house at an arranged tome, measured the area, and took time to discuss our concerns. He agreed with the choice of our earlier order and immediately ordered it from the factory. We were asked to remove small items before installation, but the installer removed all the big pieces. His work was meticulous. Both Morris and the installer were friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable.

We've used them for forty years. I would highly recommend them. They are honest, and helpful. Their knowledge and fairness keeps me coming back.

The overall experience was great and they were always professional. The best part was the sales staff who allowed us to take carpet samples home. Everything went wonderfully and I would recommend them.

They have a wide selection and their salespeople were knowledgeable about the different products. Their installation crew was efficient and professional. Everything has held up well and there were no installation flaws. They kept me apprised of our schedule because we had a tight time frame and some of the products were ordered last minute. Everything came together beautifully.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND ACCOMMODATING. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CARPET AND THEY DIDN'T ASK ANY QUESTIONS. THEY CAME OUT AND TOOK A LOOK AT IT AND REPAIRED IT. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE.
