I'm very happy with the work done on my carpet and two sets of stairs. The price was reasonable (really too low), the carpet was not super wet afterwards and there was no heavy cover up smell either. I found out they can clean my kitchen grout with a BRUSH at a very reasonable price and that will be my next call to Meister's.

Carpets are clean but wood floors were tracked up by his wet, dirty shoes.

Everything was great, showed up on time and definitely cleaned everything very well. Also very polite and knows the best way to clean just about any stain. This is not the first nor last time I will use Meister's for carpet cleaning. And on top of it all everything was priced very well.

He used a special product on one couch set (cotton velvet). Even came a second time because first time he did not bring enough of that product. because couch had several pieces. Did not charge extra for the second visit.
Unfortunately that product had a strong smell and we could not use the room comfortably for one day. But the effort was worth it since that couch set is in family room near kitchen and has been exposed to cooking odors. This provider was the only person I could find who used this special product and did it by hand.
