See my comments on submitted review. Unprofessional, charged me for parts when all the old parts were reinstalled. Most of the time spent was sitting on my lawn looking for a washer. Drip is worse than when he came and now there is additional new moisture in the wall where the faucet valve stem is screwed in.

Mark was very professional, gave me a reasonable quote [free] and then after I had a few other quotes [Ferrel Bros & RooterMan911] I decided to hire Mark to do the job as he beat their estimates by almost 50%.
He did a great job and I am very satisfied with his work.
