Extremely prompt. Workmanship is incredible. Very professional. Have gotten so many compliments on his work. Wouldn't hire anyone else. Did not put a price because of so many different jobs he performed...but extremely competitive!

I noticed a leak on my water heater. He dropped the work he was doing to come and fix it because it was urgent. He rescheduled his day for me and only charged me $700.00 for a hot water heater and the labor. The quality of the heater was pretty good too. It took him approximately half a day to do the work. Not only did he respond to an urgent need, but he was thinking of saving me money and fixing the problem.

Contractor provided a typed out contract that included payment schedule, all supplies he would purchase, the exact work that would be done and the time frame that it would be done in after giving a rough estimate when first looking at the job, and his rough estimate was right on. Was very punctual and all jobs were completed in the time frame that was agreed upon in the contract. They removed all old siding, trash, old vanity and sink and toilet along with the old flooring in such a manner that you could not even tell that any work had been done except for the fact that everything was new. Contractor was very helpful in pointing out the best ways to get the most bang for our buck without skimping on the quality of the work. All the work was of excellent quality and was completed in such a timely manner that my wife was even happy. Contractor is very busy and he does no advertising, all of his work comes from word of mouth, which I understand now that because of the way he goes about his jobs he really does not need to advertise. Next time I need to have work done, he will be the one, even if I have to wait a while for him to fit me in to his busy schedule. Good things come to those who wait, and I would rather wait for him and his crew than take a chance on someone else now that I know the type of people that he is crew are and the quality of work that they do along with his prices and they way everything is written out on a contract in black and white and is exactly followed with no hidden costs.
