Their service is prompt. They call me ahead of time to tell me the price of the new parts. When I said that was okay they fixed the vacuum back to new. This may seem like a lot of money for a vacuum but this is a higher end vacuum cleaner. They have fixed a lot of others things and I have never been disappointing.

THEY WERE WAY OVER PRICED AND THEY TOOK A LONG TIME TO FIX IT. EVERY TIME WE CALLED THEY DID NOT CALL US BACK. THE PEOPLE WHO DID THE WORK WAS FINE, IT JUST TOOK FOREVER.
