We received a recommendation from our neighbor, who is a general contractor. Carl and his team were friendly and quick at installing our laminate countertops. Unfortunately, the countertops weren't sealed correctly at the edge. Within a few months, water seeped in to the unsealed edge and expanded the particle board below, lifting the top of the countertop. Both my husband and I have called many times over the years....he says that he'll stop by, and never does. I hate leaving poor reviews, but we are quite frustrated with the service. There isn't anything else to do but get a new countertop for 90% of our kitchen. Carl -- if you fix the problem, we'll gladly modify this review.
