Junk King Albany

"On 2/21/19 Junk King provided junk removal service to the client. She did not stay at the property during the service but her husband did. After completion, the husband did not pay for services until after he did a room by room walk through of the property. The husband paid and gave the employees $100 in cash tips. Then the client gave a 9/10 review on an online review platform with the review "Worked well to get the stuff out of our house." A month later, on 3/17/19 the wife contacted Junk King stating that they left the property vacant for almost a month and just came back to notice a broken storm window. It is obvious that the house, located in the city of Albany, which was vacant for a month, suffered an attempted burglary. Perhaps while the property was vacant for a month, a neighbor's kid threw a rock at the window, or a branch hit it in a wind storm, or anything could have happened. After leaving the property for a month vacant, Junk King is not responsible for what happened after we left and most importantly AFTER the customer inspected our work. This client should contact the Albany city police and report the attempted burglary on her vacant house or contact her insurance company. Instead she has tried for months to extort money out of Junk King with the threat of a bad review, demanding more and more money. We did not break the window. Her husband inspected our work, her husband paid us, her husband gave an outrageously large tip, she first wrote us a great review, she left the urban house vacant for a month, she now wants someone to pay her without filing an insurance claim. Junk King stands behind our work and would take responsibility for any damage we cause. We endeavor to work carefully without causing any damage. But this client's claims are false. She wants someone to blame and she will probably never know the identity of a burglar for the house she left vacant in the city of Albany for a month, so she is trying to blame a company who did work in her house a month earlier."
