The guys came out and picked up the rugs at the agreed upon time. Cleaning time estimated between 10 days and 2 weeks. I also inquired about purchasing new pads. I called 2 weeks later and was told my rugs were ready. Set up a time for delivery and purchase of new pads. Rugs looked good . My problem occurred after the sale. The carpet pads they used kept slipping and sliding with my runner. I called the store and spoke to the owner who said he would call me back. I stopped into the store when he didn't call and he wanted me yo come back later. He again took down my number. And again never called. I had to go out and purchase different pads. I was disappointed that once I had paid for the job, the owner didn't seemed to care about any problems.

The rugs came back clean and supple, with bright colors. There was some minor bleeding into some lighter areas. Appearance of rug that had fringe repaired was much improved. I was also given some large pieces of scrap under cushioning to try, and was offered a good price if I wanted to buy more. and quot;Sammyand quot; was responsive and eager for me to be satisfied with the work. At my request, he attempted to straighten edges on a rug that had ruffled,. He was not able to stretch out the ruffle and rapidly refunded me the cost of that service. I was very satisfied with this service.
