Kelly provided an estimate during Covid virtually. She explained the process thoroughly. Andrew and his team worked none stop nothing was damaged. They wrap all the furniture with quilted blankets. I was impressed with how they moved my curved glass curio cabinet. Not a scratch. I was very pleased. They charge on an hourly basis which I thought was reasonable.
