It has not gone well. I pay $199 a month for one of their highest levels of service. I expect high quality and responsiveness for this price. I only paid $30 when I had Verizon DSL. They have had 3 several-hour outages in the last 6 months, and several shorter outages, slowdowns, and hiccups. Once they told me, in mid-January, that a storm caused a problem with a transmitter. A storm, in mid-January, in upstate NY - what a surprise. No one could have predicted that. Somehow, my lights and telephone were not interrupted. Again, at this price, I expect utility-like service. In addition, there customer support is only so-so. I use them because I have to, but if Verizon ever gets even just a little bit better, boom, I will be back to Verizon in a flash.
