They showed up after a week of waiting on my recalling with a SONY set that did not fit the wall mount. They set it up on a stand
and said they would get a mount that would fit. After two weeks of my calling they showed up with a different set (Samsung). It was
hung and eventually installed with what seemed to me too much confusion on how to do the job. For the amount of money invested

I purchased a large screen TV with a surround sound system, a Sonos, and the services to connect everything. The first issue was that our sales person - that was very helpful initially - disappeared part of the way through the transaction. So, there was a pretty lousy communication problem with the guys that came to do the installation. They had to come back several times to fix things (including the programming of the remote control), but eventually...after multiple visits... everything was working. Problem is that the TV is having some issues (which they were made aware of just within a year of the warranty), but the follow-up has been awful. The problem is still not resolved and now I'm several months out of warranty.

They were very accommodating and answered all of my questions. I discussed what I was looking for and gave him a price range I wanted to stay within. I was having some problems setting it up and I called them and they helped me set it up. They were excellent and their knowledge was excellent. Their prices are comparable. It is a top line receiver. I didn?t wait very long when I walked in the store.

The sales process went fine, however I wasn't given what I was promised. I was told a subwolfer would come with it, and it did not. I was also told that I would only have to use just one remote to run everything, and that did not turn out to be true. I have to have four remotes with the DVD player. I actually did not have much to stand on, as there was none of that information on the receipt that I was given. However, the installation was fantastic. They were two perfect gentlemen that were very clean. They laid down cloths and threw away all their trash. It was great.
