They're very good. On the price, I can't tell you, but it's usually I'm not unhappy. The quality of service is excellent.

Once my warranty is up, I probably won’t use them again. They are unresponsive and not client first. The workers were friendly enough.

When I have dealt with them, they have done very well. I purchased my last two cars from them. The first Subaru I got, I was very happy with the service department with regards to scheduling routine stuff and if I had any problems.

Interestingly, we found that it wasn't time for the oil change we thought we needed, because the synthetic oil lasts so much longer than ordinary oil. We'll go back at another time for the oil change, or perhaps get it somewhere closer to home when the need arises. An amusing aspect to the visit was our difficulty finding our car again after everything was complete. Apparently, the service department was either finishing up with the new tire or perhaps giving the car a wash, which seems to go with any service.

I have used this dealer for 8 years to service the car I purchased from them. Although, they can be behind schedule at times, the quality of their work and price (especially considering they are a dealer) is a good value.

My hubby did the research and knew what he wanted. Mr Sullivan met his needs to the letter. They negotiated and hubby is very happy. It was such a pleasant experience not to be hassled and pressured.

Excellent work, however vendor did not have all the right tools needed to remove my tires so they had to ship my vehicle to another shop to get this done.

We knew the vehicle we wanted before going to the dealership and the price we needed to hit. After going around a few times we arrived at the price. The vehicle comes with live time car washes...that's cool.
I haven't needed them for services yet....although there was a man in the waiting area that implied that the service guys and quot;suggestand quot; things needed to be done to his car that he thought was incorrect...can't say though from my experiences..yet.

I arrived in time for an appointment and they took my car into the shop immediately. They informed of the progress of their work and what was needed and had everything done in about 2 hours which was the time anticipated.

It was the best car dealer experience I ever had.

The treatment and the service I have received has been very good. They are usually very accommodating when I want to make an appointment. If they have a problem with the timeframe they will try to help me. If they can't they offer a different day. I feel confident that if they tell me something needs to be done then it needs to be done. When I took it in for an inspection in the fall they told me that I would probably need new tires but it wasn't necessary immediately. I talked to them about it before winter and he looked at them and suggested that I shouldn’t go through the winter without new tires. That is the kind of consistency they give me. I have never compared their prices to another Subaru. Their quality is excellent. They are very conscientious about following up to see if the service is good. They email to let me know when I need to have something done. They are done when they say they will. They have never treated me poorly.

We had some good luck as well as bad luck with them. My husband was very unhappy with them because it took them almost a week to figure out what the problem was. They said basically they couldn’t fix it and then they charged us for all the time that they spent looking at the truck. We were really mad about it. Our experience with them overall was good, but not excellent. We will have to use them in future for the truck because it is under warranty. I would ask others to use them with caution. We wouldn’t use them again if we had a choice.
