The experience went flawless.

We eventually decided to stay with rugs in our LV, 3BR, Three season room and Den. We have Ceramic tile in other high traffic areas of the house and we like the feel of rug. Thomas, the salesperson took us through all the options with many samples going home and being tested. Thomas knew we were looking for patterns and fabrics made in the USA that were durable, environmentally safe, and attractive. We picked with his help, a mixed weave of fern green and a lighter green thread that had a great track record. We did not find comparable quality of carpet in the box stores we had tried
My Mom, 87 years lives with us and has some dementia. She was at my sisters in North Carolina right now and we were anxious to have all six rooms changed before she came back since the slightest break in routine confuses her. Thomas was able to fit us in with enough time and consideration to get everything moved out 2 rooms at a time over 9 days. Thomas helped us save money by using leftover pieces of cuts for closets and irregular areas which came out perfect.
Our next phase was meeting Scott and Luke. They carefully looked at our rooms and shared with us their plan. They offered to help us move some of the heavier pieces which we were grateful for. The two of them advised us to warm the three season room since it was very cold in December and they brought with them a heater to make the rugs more pliable to lay down, it worked beautifully. Scott and Luke were industrious, well planned and impeccable in how they weren't about their work.. They have high standards and finish only after getting the best result. Our carpeting went down onto different surfaces, plywood, and concrete, which needed to be leveled before rugs were placed. They were expert in doing that and we notice a big difference in the feel of the carpet in these areas. Our experience with Gentiles has been A+ on all levels and we will keep them top of the list for any home improvements. It was great to have knowledgeable people who are experts at what they do helping you. The many years Gentiles has kept such a high caliber of staff speaks of their core values for customers.

They communicated well throughout the entire process. The price was reasonable as I had compared pricing with other businesses. I received the sale price for my carpet of choice. The installers and salesperson were friendly and knowledgeable of their duties.

THEY HAVE GOOD PRICES AND THE SALESMEN WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY CAME OUT TO MY HOME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE FLOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL. THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING AND ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
