Way beyond expectations in price, adequacy of progressive glasses and service. This is a new company located on Wolf Rd. I have been shocked by the cost of eyeglasses and have been looking for a new source. I pulled up the website and found a promotion for $77 for two pair of progressives! Being skeptical, I went over and was amazed that I was not pressured at all by Ashley to spend more than the coupon offer. Also, there is a good number of lenses in the coupon category (they say as $19.95) with many in the next categories which increase by $10 per higher level. I am interested in thrift and practicality so basic frames are fine. The coupon special includes plastic lenses without the bells and whistles. If you go up in frames or lenses prices will go up dramatically. Ashley measured my pupils and marked the lenses. The amazing thing to me was they do the work right on site and do not have to send out the glasses 10 days for like my prior providers (Boscovs & Penneys). In 33 minutes they texted me at home and the glasses were done. I did upscale the glasses one level and as result price went from $77 to ~ $110-- still a bargain. I think this is far better than online as you get personalized service. Note: If you have insurance I do not believe you can use the coupon. The glasses seem to work just fine as far as correcting vision at distance, medium and close range. If you have to have fancy frames or move up from the plastic lens, I believe the price will increase dramatically but for my basic needs, these are a terrific value for me and at this price I can afford to kayak, ski or hike and if they get lost or damaged in the process, they can be very inexpensively replaced. Best value, service and quality for ~55 bucks per pair and I will definitely go back when I need new glasses. Also, they were highly organized and had all safety protocols in place, with sanitizer, social distancing and meeting you at the door to escort you to the frames and individual service desks. I felt I got first class service at bargain basement prices, and there was no waiting for me at all.
