First estimate was $8,500 after I indicated I could not afford this, the gentlement called is boss and the estimate was now $6500 if I signed the contract them. Once again I indicated I would need to plan this work for another year, the gentlemen said he would email a copy of the proposal. However, I never received it. I feel pressure to sign. Also, I was told they were a locate company but research on the internet indicated they came out of Rochester, NY area.
Description of Work: Provided estimate for aebestos abatement in basement.

Description of Work: Company came to clean mold damage and waterlogged material from flooding due to hurricane Irene. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. The mold was successfully removed, all debris was safely bagged and removed from the house, and nothing was damaged in the course of their work. All in all, an excellent job.

They came into my home and they sprayed very harsh chemicals to kill black mold. The company said that everything was fine and clear with out a follow-up appointment. I had to call another company to come in and do a follow-up and there is still mold and the job was not even done properly. the mold was still in the walls. The only mold that they treated was on the outside of the walls. The chemicals have caused me health problems and I am warning others to stay away from this company
