When the Easter lily arrived, it was not a plant that was worth the money I paid and was not the quality of plant from this florist. The flowers and buds were drooping, it was missing flowers and both plants were leaning over like the Tower of Pisa. I called the main store on Ontario Street to inform them of what this plant looked like and was not acceptable. They said they were sold out of the double Easter lily and only had singles. After some discussion, they offered to replace it with two single lilies. The next morning, there was no delivery soI called the store again to inquire when I should expect delivery? They informed me that the truck was full and making deliveries. They must have contacted the driver because he was here within ten minutes. He brought two beautiful, full lilies that had six buds each with two open on each plant. When I gave him the original plant to go back to the store, he couldn't believe what the plant looked like and that the other driver told my mother it was supposed to look like that. When my mother saw the new plants, her face beamed with happiness and said and quot;Now that is the quality of plants that we have always relied upon Nagengast Floristand quot;. I called the Ontario Street store and thanked them for their efforts to correct the problem. In all my years of using Nagengast as our florist, this was the first problem I've had and it was impressive on how they stand behind their product and reputation unlike some other florists. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone who needs top quality service, plants at a reasonable price and people who do whatever they can to be sure the customer is happy with their work. They deserve an A++.

I am very pleased with Nagengast, I go there frequently. Their quality is excellent, that is why they are my preference. Their prices are reasonable I think. They will add little things that will make the bouquet stand out. A few pebbles and a butterfly or something of that nature. They are excellent in their presentation.
