Harold picked the television up from my job in Albany, in order to save me the drive to Latham. When that TV could not be repaired the manufacturer (Sansui) sent a replacement. Harold brought the TV to my job. Unfortunately the replacement had issues and Harold picked that one up also. Sansui would not give a refund and sent another set. I wanted to bring the new TV to the shop before opening the box, just to make sure it was set up correctly and in good condition. Harold said he would come to my home since that was were it would be set up. The repairman intervened yet again when screws for the base were not included in the box and yes, he dropped those off too.
