THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND DOING IT. IT WAS ALSO A TRAINING EXERCISE FOR THE TWO PEOPLE WHO CAME AND THEY WERE NOT PUSHY. THEY ALSO DID SOME EXTRA WORK WITHOUT CHARGING.
