DOWN TUBE CYCLE SHOP

I ended up finding someone in Albany, New York for bicycles. They were excellent. It was Downtube Bicycle Works at 466 Madison Ave, Albany, New York 12208. The phone number is 518-434-1711. What I like most about them is the way they take time with their customers, very personal. They take the time. They fit you with the right bicycle. We went to a couple of bicycle places and some bicycle places had no knowledge at all of what they are talking about. We are both heavier people. we needed a heavier bike. Some places you can just add heavier tires but they won't warranty it. This place, the people set it with you and say okay, this is the bike, they have been in the business for years. Their staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable as the same or even better when compared to the other stores. They even told me when the upcoming sale and the other places didn't. They said if you want to come back, we have a sale. The other places didn't tell me that. I appreciate it because they saved me a hundred dollars. They told me about the sale. I guess it is like a little mom and pop business there. It is a little tiny shop, it is a good shop. It is downtown. It is not a big package store. Customer is no 1 in that place. I got retired from health care hospital and I talked to my colleagues 3 weeks ago and I told a lot of doctors that I got a piece like this and I referred them.
