They don't do the installing. I have probably used them four or five times in the last four years. They helped me select the flooring, and made recommendations. They helped me pick out carpeting and the luxury vinyl flooring. Four years ago we got the bamboo flooring.

Great experience at showroom. Had almost too many options (material, color & price range), even in vinyl sheet flooring. Chose a textured faux-slate material. Connected us with an installer. Installer showed up at residence quickly, provided on-the-spot estimate, and did work less than one week later. Installer conferred directly with distributor on all materials, picked up... handled everything. One day to install a huge kitchen and half-bath... solo! No issues. Looks awesome. Would definitely recommend this distributor and installer for ANY flooring needs.
