IT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL WITH THEM EITHER WAY. I WAS NOT NECESSARILY IMPRESSED BY THEM. MY SON WORKS IN COMPUTERS AND HE RECOMMENDED THEM SO THAT IS WHY WE USED THEM. THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB AND THE PEOPLE WERE EXCELLENT.

THEY WERE VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH AND IT TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO GET A HOLD OF THEM. THEY WERE TRYING TO GET ME TO OPEN UP THE COMPUTER AND WORK ON IT FIRST BEFORE THEY WOULD COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT.
