The owner of the company gave me a very competitive estimate. He was professional, punctual and showed up onsite periodically to check the progress of the job and the workmanship. He would touch base with me to see if I had any questions or concerns.. The 2 men who worked on the house were there every morning on time, worked non-stop throughout the day and took very little breaks.. If some portion of the job didn't look quite right to them, they would redo it. They were absolute perfectionists and very comfortable to have around during the course of the project.. It took approximatelly 3 weeks to complete due to some weather issues.. I have referred others to them and I would not hesitate to hire them again.. They were professional and fun to have around for the duration of the work. I've had several people stop and ask who did the work based on the attention to detail that they provided.

Project went very slowly. Exterior walls of the house were demolished and building was not closed up for months. Roof was left partially covered with a tarp most of the winter, rain poured inside through the spring. Carpenters were left unsupervised much of the time as a result much of the early work had to be redone. Contractor did not provide toilet for employees for months. Backyard reeked of urine and they killed blueberry bushes with pee. Contractor misread plans and ordered and installed incorrect flue for woodstove which resulted in major changes in the floor plan, including shrinking the first floor half bath significantly. Declined to accept responsibility or apologize. Danny said on interview he would be on site a lot, not true, project foreman wasn't even on site consistently. Finishing work is very poorly done. Exterior wood is not nailed down and keeps popping off. Contractor constantly presents himself as a victim, responsible for nothing.
