I am reporting this because there was an apparent hi-jack on my account and I have been unable to access my account. I tried to report it and got nowhere because it happened on the weekend and they do not have any support for internet banking on the weekend. I find it totally unacceptable that my account and possibly other people's accounts are under attack, that their security could have been breached and there is absolutely no way to address it. I spoke with a person named Josh, who was a supervisor and he confirmed that there was not way to address this problem until Monday. I discovered it on a Saturday.
