 + -1 moreOVERALL, WE HAD PRETTY GOOD DEALINGS WITH HIM. I THINK THERE ARE STILL SOME THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE THAT HAVEN'T BEEN ADDRESSED, BUT THAT COULD BE DUE TO THE INCLEMENT WEATHER. WHEN HE SAYS HE'S GOING TO BE HERE IN THE MORNING, HE'S HERE IN THE MORNING. HE IS PROMPT. HE'S VERY HONEST.
