The initial cleaning was good. They had 5 people came and clean the house thoroughly. It was charged based on the number of hours they worked and it took them more than 3.5 hours for the first time. The second time there were two people came, one being her first day on the job. The lead staff wanted to wrap things up in 1 hour and 15 min. I noticed that they didn't steam clean the tile floors, according to my contract request. Even after I explain to the lead staff that it's on my contract, she just refused to do it. She claimed it's not on her tasks to do and they are short of time and they have to leave immediately. I asked how much time they were assigned and she showed me her paper, it was 3.5 labor hours. Two of them only worked 2.5 labor hour then. She even lied to me that her manager told her she shouldn't do it after her two conversations on the phone with her manager. I was so shocked and called her manager myself. I heard a completely different story. The manager agreed that that that request was on the original contract and the cleaning team should do what I said. Well, they won't do it and she just left the house. I did a quick inspection and found dusts everywhere. The manager made the new staff coming back inside to finish the job. It was a very upsetting experience for me since I have never had anyone refused to do the work I paid for, lied and being extremely rude to me. I've hired many people working on our property in the past.
After they left, I found one of the lamp was broken and one pocket door was slammed so hard into the wall that it fell off the track. I called their customer service and they completely denied their responsibility.
Keep away from this company!

Customer service was excellent. The office was very good about accommodating any changes in schedule. Te teams were always prompt. Some teams were definitely better than others and paid a little more attention to detail but they were always willing to go over any areas that I wanted them to.

I think their price is too expensive for me because I only have a small house. I am also the type of person who cleans before they get here so they would not do much of the work. So I think their price is too much for me.

The cleaning job was average. The staff was careless with our home, which is an historic home we have been restoring for several years. They knocked over decorations on the mantle. They dumped toast crumbs from the toaster on the kitchen floor before they cleaned the kitchen. When they were cleaning the shower they broke an expensive ceramic soap dish which was attached to the shower with an attached arm. They left a claim form for us to file for the cost to replace the dish/arm. When we tried to file a claim, they said their worker told them the dish was already broken and they refused to reimburse us for the damages. This company out and out lied about the dish being broken. At the time of the cleaning, the worker advised that she had broken the dish and apologized. It was smashed in several pieces on the floor of the shower and had been in one secure piece before they started cleaning the shower. If you value anything in your home, do not use this company. They do not stand behind their work and offer poor customer service.

ECOMAIDS provides a Satisfaction Guarantee to all its customers and will re-clean any and all areas of the home that were missed in the rare event it is not cleaned to the customers standards. Unfortunately, this customers husband completed a walk through with our team before they left her home on the visit in question, and signed our checklist stating that all areas included in the cleaning were not only done, but were cleaned effectively to his approval. Quite some time later, this customer insinuated that these areas were not cleaned, and refused to acknowledge the aforementioned walk-through. We were not able to make this customer happy, as it seems they were merely looking for a comped cleaning a significant time after this visit took place. We regret that we were not able to amicably resolve this issue, however, we will always provide the opportunity for our customers to ensure that everything they paid for was done to their approval the first time, such as was done here."

.They did an ok job. It was not outstanding. They did break something, but they did reimburse me for it. I thought the price was a little for the results.

The crew of 3 was punctual and efficient. The team leader was personable and polite and directed her team effectively. The house gleamed when they were finished. Next time I need help I will not hesitate to call them again.

They have been really terrific. They are a green service and are all about using environmentally safe products. We have them come every other week, and then they also come once a season to do a deep cleaning. For this, they take everything out of every cabinet and every drawer to fully clean all areas. They are incredibly good at what they do, and the scheduling is efficient. They always show up when they say they will, and if they are going to be late or if there are any problems they will call. They usually send the same few people. They bring all of their own equipment and pack up everything when they leave. They do a great job and we love them!

I didn’t have a good experience with them. The office staff has no clue what they’re doing. They make an appointment and send people out but don’t tell you that you have an appointment. Then they call and say you missed your appointment and I didn’t even know I had an appointment. I gave them three months. The first time they did a pretty good job. The last time they came, they were here less than an hour and afterwards I found myself cleaning up stuff they should have cleaned. I wrote them a note but I never heard back.

They cleaned my mom house. I hired them because they are a green company. They came out once and did a great job. My mom did not want to continue the service.

Vacuuming and dusting were well done. Kitchen and entry floors were so-so. Streaks on cabinets. Oven was not cleaned. Workers spent a lot of time chatting about this and that instead of focusing on work.
I seem to recall some confusion about my original appointment not having been written down and having to re-schedule.

Ecomaids,cleaned the whole house.
They were suppose to sanitize everything, the carpets, kitchen, counters, sinks, the bathroom, because I was moving into the place.
They weren't as thorough as I would have liked.
There were spots that were very noticeable that they missed.
Even when I asked them to go back over what spots they missed, it still was dirty.
They were on time, and creative.
I wouldn't use them again.
