They misdiagnosed him. Actually non diagnosed him and sent him home starving himself. Finaly I googled it n figured it out myself. I then went back (after another week of him suffering ) and got medicine. This all cost ALOT and they were little to no help

Professionally and compassionately.Cats get playtime and exercise each day. Staff loves what they do and vet techs are professional. In case of medical issues, there are veterinarians on site. Report cards are given at pickup and we occasionally called for progress reports. We also use them for veterinary care.

This was the 3rd visit for a difficult ear infection for a cat. Dr Kinne is thorough, gentle and explains the health problem and possible courses of treatment in lay language. Dr. Koren-Roth is also on staff and very good with cats (he's only seen our cats). Staff is knowledgeable and caring. They are patient with their patients and customer oriented as well as compassionate. We have brought our pets-a dog and 2 cats-to Colonie since 1996. They have all been boarded there at various times and never come back sick or with fleas. Prices are reasonable but the care is what keeps us going back.

You can always get an appointment quickly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They're very conveniently located.

Dr. Joseph Dreels is very willing to do something natural instead of just prescribing expensive medication or tests. He tries to do something natural first. You can just tell how much he loves animals.
