The sale of our home went fantastic. Kevin's knowledge of the real estate business far exceeds his competition. We had 8 offers on our home after the first weekend of showing our home. Our home sold in 3 days and for more than we expected. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

not well; brought me 1 offer which never was a bona fide offer. Tried to assign the blame for the deal falling through on me (for not agreeing to showing in my dining set (I was selling my house not my furniture) meanwhile the "buyer" needed the OK from his estranged wife (to use their joint assets) which, of course, he never got. (I have the text transcripts and will keep them forever as a reminder of this bad experience

We had your home sold until you decided to change the terms on the contract after we had an agreement and the buyer decided not to proceed with you because of it. We certainly did all we could to sell your home as did the agent you fired mid term before us. We brought you an acceptable offer you agreed to and then recanted on your agreement. There is much else we could of done. I was sorry to see how low your home eventually sold as you would have been much better offer with the offer we had for you. However congratulations with your sale and hope your move went well!"

He could have remembered that I was the customer and not him. He would typically ignore any extra e-mail I sent. He would only contact me when he needed to contact me. So it was a very frustrating situation.

this whole process has been a glorious burst of fresh air. i received expert, relevant and practical advice and recommendations on the homes at which i looked, devoid of the strong-arm tactics for which real estate agents are known.  i was provided enough room with which to make a decision that would be in my best interest and not hers. additionally, my agent has been extremely flexible and available to help me with my frequent visits to the prospective home with friends and an assortment of professionals.  i will be using the services of Clancy's Real Estate and their splendid real estate agent for any of my housing needs that may arise in the future.
