They were very slow to start the project - they said it was because of permits from the city.  But once started, they moved fairly quickly.  They were very organized as to where we needed to go and who to contact to pick out finishes for the house.  Scott, the foreman for the job was very helpful and made a lot of suggestions and walked us through much of the process.  He is extremely meticulous about everything being as perfect as possible as confirmed by the other workers on the job.  (i.e., they were not allowed to get away with any sloppy work!)  We are happy with our house and have had no problems in the two years since we moved in.   We did feel their prices for a few extras that we requested during construction were higher than they needed to be and for that reason we chose to have those items done by a different contractor after the house was completed.  All in all, it was a very good experience.
