Doug was very professional, kind, polite. I haven t even had the actual service yet. However, his initial approach verbal over the phone and personal contact impressed me. I m more geared toward a family owned business. First visit explained everything in detail ,answered all questions and concerns, and gave us some tips, after looking over entire property. Your first impression is always the best. Looking forward to the outcome. So far very pleased.
