We had never worked with CEDAR CREEK PLUMBING before, we received his name through a friend who had work done. We are so pleased with his professionalism and the quality of his work! He did a wonderful job!
We were concerned about the sink being secure and not leaking because it is a tight fit in the kitchen. He did not have a issue getting the job done right the first time and we have not had an issue with the sink since. Before he left he told us to check the outside facusets the next day for any leaks. If there were any issues to call him and he would come right out and fix the issue.
My husband checked the outdoor work the next day. The front faucet was fine but the faucet in the back had a small leak. We called Cedar Creek, he came out first thing the next day which was a Saturday! What he thougth woudl be a small fix actually ended up taking 2-3 hours to fix the issue, he did not charge us anything more to fix the issue! He replaced it all on his own dime on a Saturday!
He called again on Monday to follow up with us to make sure that everything was working correctly and that we were satisfied. It is refreshing to do business with a true professional.
