They attempted to clean my berber carpeting and not only didn't it look any cleaner, but they spilled some of their solution and made a stain on my carpet. I called them and they came back, but they were not successful at removing the stain they made. Thankfully they did not try to charge me for the return trip.They also spilled solution on my driveway and left a sticky stain on that as well, which eventually was scrubbed off. I'll not have them back.

The crew of two arrived at the scheduled time and got right down to business. They were careful when moving and replacing the furniture and did a great job on cleaning the rugs. There was one area that really needed a lot of extra attention on a stain, they willing took the time nod were successful in cleaning even that. I would recommend them.

THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY WERE NEAT AND DID CLEAN WORK. THEY HAVE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WORKERS, ESPECIALLY IN TREATING STAINS. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULDN'T KNOW THEY WERE EVEN HERE. I ACTUALLY USE THEM EVERY SIX MONTHS. THEIR PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE.

THEY WERE OKAY. I DIDN'T THINK MY CARPETS WERE VERY CLEAN WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THE CARPETS WERE STILL DINGHY. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DID NOT CLEAN MY CARPETS VERY WELL AT ALL. THEY COULD HAVE SPENT MORE TIME ON THEM.

The type of stains in the carpet 5. The quality of the carpet 6. How worn the pile is."
