They rip people off for the many services once the warranty is off.  Their price for tires and replacement and everything is ridiculous.  Oil changes, they want $500 to rotate tires and change oil.  Customer service and everything I would give them a D.  They couldn't be bothered the last time we were there so we turned around and went some place else and turned the car in.  They tell you it takes 15 to 30 minutes to wait and everything and we waited two hours a couple of times we were there.  That's why we turned around and went to Kia and leased two cars the same day.  When they want $500 to change the oil and rotate the tires it's ridiculous.  

The sales guy was a used car salesman so I didn't like that, but the service was good. I will continue to use them.

The salesperson promised that at delivery of the used Volvo all paint scratches would be fixed by their detail departments, missing stems for the tires would be added, and the interior or the car would be detailed.
When I arrived to pick the car up - none of these things were completed. The sales person (whose name I forget) had left 15 minutes prior to our appointment, so I had to work with a different sales person.
The second sales person handed me the touch-up paint for me to fix the scratches to the car and had no knowledge of missing tire valve stem caps.
As I left with my paint in hand and was pulling out of the parking lot driveway, I noticed a 2 inch crack in the windshield of the car. I immediately turned around and was told that it was possible that I had gotten the crack myself.
After calling to discuss this with their Service Manager, he agreed to have his people fix the paint, ordered tire valve stem covers, and had the windshielf fixed (not replaced).
Upon picking my new (used) Volvo for the second time, 50% of the scratches were not fixed (even though they created a diagram for their service department), those scratches that were fixed we done poorly, the valve stem caps were bent and crooked, and the windshield repair was visible.
Almost one year later, I returned because the windshield repair has worn-off and I needed an oil change. While my car was being fixed, a large scratch appeared on the hood. The dealer denied it was their doing, but did have my windshield replaced instead of repaired.

They did the service, gave me a discount on the parts, washed the car all in a reasonable amount of time. I have been getting my service from them for my present Volvo for 159,500 mils every 7500 miles. Prior to that I had a Volvo they serviced for approximately 305,000 miles ending up with 327,000 original miles. They have been courteous during the entire time I've owned Volvos.
