work was unsatisfactorily completed. Tore off front roof leaving exposed, rained heavily and further damage to interior room resulted. Leaking continued following repairs to both rear roof sections. Numerous returns resulted in reapplication of caulk. Improper shingle used on hip areas verified by Owens Corning inspector. Unresolved request for return of portions of amounts paid in full. Interior painters did not protect furniture prior to painting resulting in spackle and paint getting on wood and rugs. Ceiling split open and painter returned to repaint using a different color ceiling paint. Would not recommend this company.

We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. You had requested that we attempt to get you a new roof under the manufacturers warranty that was installed by another contractor. When it was determined your roof was not eligible, you had placed blame on us for water stains that were pre existing. We agreed to paint them for you, and our painters did excellent work. You then made an attempt at legal action which was quickly dismissed and not honest in your description of events. Our crews do excellent work, every time. We did for you as well. Again we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, it is in great contrast to every other client that Build Pros has served. We will be stopping by to see you."

The guys showed up when they said they would, did the work and left the work area looking like they had never been there. Great job.
