Called them and they replaced the 7 ft. section of blown off ridge vent shingles the same day. Checked the rest of 11 yr old roof for other damage and touched up cracks with silicone, too! Damon did a great efficient job! Highly recommend!

I 100% would recommend Build pros to anyone looking for a new roof. I got 3 quotes from different companies, and they were the most fair and transparent quote I received. Damon was wonderful from coming to view my roof for the quote and not pushing me to close a deal. He was very understanding with my process and urged me to get other quotes. When I decided they were easy to book, and they offered financing that I am extremely happy with. Then Geoff and Joe came and did the roof job. They were amazing throughout the process; they kept me in the loop along with Damon by sending me picture and videos of the progress they were making and answering any questions I had through the process. From start to near completion, the team from Build Pros has been professional.We have a very complicated roof line with many angles that over time caused some of our wood to rot. Damon walked with me as we assessed all that needed to be done. He gave me a timely estimate, and once accepted, a start date. Butch then visited our home with Damon and reviewed the project. Butch and Jess removed the rotten wood, replaced, and painted the work in a wonderful and seamless manner. Butch was friendly, honest, and gave attention to detail. We have been impressed with BuildPros from start to finish. They came out on the very same day that we requested an estimate for roof replacement. Their price was in line with other estimates. Build Pro representative was very clear as to what would be done, with exact timing. He took the time to explain materials to be used, warranty, etc. They arrived on promised day to replace roof. All work was done neatly, with all garbage picked up & no nails left behind.

BuildPro replaced my flat roof with a GAF modified Bitumen covering prior to installing solar panels. I worked with Damon, M. We had our roof replaced, a soffit built out around a dormer, and our chimney removed to the roofline. He and the crew were wonderful and polite (crew was professionalâ -past roofing crews we have hired were â roughâ with a lot of foul languageâ -not these guysâ ¦they were great!). Damon was very responsive and communicative. The price quoted was very reasonable, and we didnâ t have to wait a long time to be scheduled. It seems the roof came out very well, and the crew cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.

Work included some roof rafter repair that was completed in the same 1 day as complete roof shingle replacement on three different roof levels. Crew assigned was very efficient. Damage prevention from shingle removal was very strong. Home is surrounded on three sides with shrubs and flowers against the foundation and very little impact seen. Great nail pickup, very few found in days since completion. Roof was placed in conformance with Owens Corning standards. Very easy contact with the company via email.

These guys were fast, efficient, and cleaned up the site perfectly. All with a fair price.
