Jeremey was punctual and very professional. He was very neat no boots in the house, drop cloth and left the house the way he found it, We needed a new igniter which he had with him. He was familiar with our 16 year old fire place at first glance. Pleasant and informative, Would definitely use again.

Lucas was able to answer my many questions regarding the pellet stove and guided me and my husband to make a good purchase for our home. We were replacing a pellet stove that was in our home when we purchased the house two years ago that broke last year. The installers were careful to keep my carpets clean, kept me updated on their progress and reviewed use of the stove fully before they left.

They were on time and put down drop cloths on floor and covered all the furniture. Both Matt and John were very efficient and friendly. It was a complete installation including chimney pipes, gas line and power line. They insulated all of the old fireplace vents to keep house warmer. They were very neat and cleaned up completely We are very happy with the installation.

Outstanding!  Sales person at the home show as well as at the showroom was knowledgable and listened to our needs (wants).  Delivery was scheduled at my convenience and was quick and painless.  We certainly recommend.

It did take at least a month for Best Fire to get the specific logs I ordered, but I learned that this is unfortunately typical in the industry.  The Service department was patient with my questions and kept me informed.  Things in life sometimes don't go smoothly, but (from my experience) Best Fire is a company and staff you can trust.

It was several years ago so I don't remember too many details.  They did a fine job and, as far as I remember, they came when they said they would.  I love the fireplace - it really brings a bit of warmth to cold winter days.  I hired them back in fall 2014 to clean the fireplace, and that was also a very positive experience.

Best Fire arrived exactly when they said they would, and immediately got to work.  It was a pretty in depth job that required about 3-4 hours of work.  Both employees were extremely professional.  I was incredibly impressed by both their efficiency and also their cleanliness.  They cut into sheet rock, wood, etc. and took the time to make sure they cleaned as they worked, as well as after the job was completed.  We were extremely satisfied with their work and also their work ethic.

We replaced an Enviro Insert with the Harmon Accentra Pellet Insert. 
My husband and I visited the Albany showroom and were shown the Harmon Accentra Insert pellet stove on display .  
The salesman Tim, sat with us an explained how the stove worked, he was very knowledgeable and took his time answering all our questions. We signed all paperwork that day in november. The scheduler for installation called to let us know the stove would be installed Dec 19th. The installers showed up dec 19th at 8:30am but the fire box was too large for our opening, we were told the wrong fire box was shipped in error and they would reorder the correct fire box and call us to reschedule another appointment for installation.
That saturday we received a call from Best Hearth & Patio apologizing for the mixup and gave us a 1/2 ton of pellets for our inconvienience.
The scheduler called on friday Dec 26th to let us know the installers would be coming on Dec 29th. Sure enough on dec 29th the installers arrived at 8:30 and were very professional and spent the entire day installing our new Accentra Insert. They did an excellant job and spent time showing my husband how to operate our new stove.
We love our new Accentra, it works just as we were told it would and would recommend Best Fire Hearth & Patio to anyone looking for a company that goes above and beyond what most other companies do.

The crew was very professional and helpful, laid down tarps to prevent tracking ashes around the house. They were very informative with suggestions without pressuring me to purchase extra services.
I would definitely hire them again.

Salesman gave us a quote and we put down a deposit.
Salesman then came to our house to verify required components.
Install team came a few weeks later to install the unit.

Left a message on 1/29/2013. Returned promptly and scheduled service for the next day. Called when promised and arrived as scheduled. Craig was extremely professional and efficient. He assessed the situation, worked quickly, cleaned everything as he went along and made sure every aspect of the fireplace was safe and working properly. He clearly knew what he was doing and did a great job.

I would use them again.
