I made the appointment and was advised that it would take 3.5 hours. It was completed in 2 hours and 45 minutes. The staff was accommodating as I waited for the job to be completed.

The staff is extremely professional. They checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was ok with the drilling necessary for the install, asked my preferences, etc. I was and am very impressed with this organization! This install was a result of a few week conversation regarding how to best meet my needs at the most reasonable price (this is an 07 car). Not only were they patient and courteous the whole time, they took the time to research my situation AND thoughtfully considered an option I had presented that they were not aware of. Ultimately, I went with their solution as it was the most cost effective route and I am thrilled! Their price is pretty fair and I would pay it again just for their knowledge alone!

I purchased a Kenwood radio with an audiovox XM tuner with bluetooth. I had difficulty with the radio from the beginning. I received various error messages and the radio locked up. Chris and Marc were very helpful. First they replaced the xm tuner but when the problem continued they replaced the Kenwood radio with a JVC. The new radio has been working fine. Throughout the process, they assured me that their goal was to make me a satisfied customer, and they surely did. I believe the true measure of a company is how they deal with problems after the sale. Audio Obsessions was great and I give them the highest rating.
