I cannot say enough good things from start to finish about working with the guys at Atlantic States. Brian worked closely with us giving us different layouts and designs until we chose what was the best fit for the design and budget we had in mind. Extremely prompt with email replies and he really went above and beyond to answer all my questions and change/modify the design for me. I cant say enough nice things about all the guys we worked with there, Brian, Jimmy and Justin. An absolutely great family run company, that is truly all about their customers. We were always met with honesty and such an eager willingness to help. Something you don't find much of these days. I highly highly recommended Atlantic States to anyone looking to do a kitchen remodel!

Can we say life savers? They are amazing. We just completed a down to the studs kitchen and bath remodel in our 1928 Arts and Craft bungalow.
We had the misfortune of going with a different designer and showroom (we didn’t know of Atlantic States at the point of shopping).Our original designer/showroom incorrectly measured the space, horrifically designed a microwave cabinet and was NEVER, and I mean NEVER around once the contract was signed and the check cleared. SHE WAS HORRIBLE!!! Our contractor stated on several occasions that in all of his years he has never seen anything as messed up as her service. But she did sell us on the Omega brand of cabinets, which are beautiful. After our first (post check clearing) encounter with bad designer, we sought out a different Omega dealer in the area…that’s where Brian and Jim at Atlantic States come in.
They were a life saver. We had to order additional material that our bad designer did not account for, i.e. spacers, fascia board, etc…not only did they do it expeditiously, but they made us feel like they were responsible for the other designers’ incompetence. And stating the obvious, they weren’t. In addition to the additional materials Brian designed and we purchased from Atlantic States an island that is one of the focal points of our new kitchen. It is beautiful and functional. Again we can’t say it enough, they are awesome and we can’t thank them enough. Our only regret is that we didn’t know of Atlantic States prior to making our original purchase. Thanks Brian and Jim!!!

Everything went as planned. Our builder went there and they had everything ready to show him so he knew what he was dealing with. It was delivered on time just when they said it would be.

I highly recommend Atlantic States Kitchens (1325 Broadway, Albany, NY 518-427-6364, http://www.atlanticstateskitchens.com/index.htm) if you are considering kitchen remodeling. I bought my kitchen cabinets and countertop there. My original carpenter recommended them to me. He subsequently abandoned me after several postponements. By the time I found another carpenter and he began the work, 8 months had passed since Atlantic received my cabinets. They never called nor pushed me to get them out of their warehouse and pay them the remaining money I owed. They were helpful when I picked out the cabinets, explaining the various options without pushing me toward a more expensive product. Their friendly and helpful customer service is their strength and what I appreciated most. If you are contemplating buying cabinets and countertop, do not consider any other supplier.

It went very well and I have recommended them to many people. It took altogether around five weeks to get them installed. The workers were very pleasant.

I WENT TO VISIT THEM A FEW DIFFERENT TIMES. THEY WORKED OUT THE LAYOUT AND MADE GOOD SUGGESTIONS. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND IT WAS A GOOD SERVICE. THE PRICING WAS PRETTY GOOD, I CHECKED OTHER PLACES AND THEY HAD THE BEST RANGE OF PRICES FOR EVERYTHING WE WERE SHOPPING FOR.
