Be careful ladies, creep alert** Hired Tim to do a project that required both shingle + slate work and all the rotted wood replaced rotted on my roof. He dropped materials in November after chasing him for weeks giving me the run around. He didn?t answer my repeated calls to get a cost + when he could do the work. Materials rotted on my lawn over winter. He responded 9 months later, told me the job was too small for him, he was never going to do it anyway + he was tired of me calling him for an answer on the material rotting in my yard. Gaslit me up in flames. He brought the police to my house + told the officers I wasn?t paying him or sleeping with him, so he wants his abandoned material back. I have it all on video. This guy is why the ANGIE app was needed, to protect women being bullied by shifty men. Be careful ladies - this guy is a total creep and disrespectful. Not to be trusted with his word or follow through if he wants something more (and doesn?t get it)

We had our entire roof replaced. Tim and his team arrived on time, got to work and made sure job was finished in one day. Great job cleaning up after job as well. Very professional and great service! Definitely recommend!

Armao Brothers did a great job on our roof repair. We had a leak coming into the house. They responded the same evening within an hour of our Angi's List posting. They sent out people the next morning! The team they sent out photographed for us obvious holes and repairs that needed to be made around vent penetrations and near our ridge vent. We agreed on a price and they made the repairs that same day. Unfortunately for all of us, the leak was much more insidious. Armao had to return to our house three times making more repairs. The return visits were no charge. On the third return visit a team of two people repeatedly went in and out of our attics and up on the roof, found the crafty leak, and made repairs; this took them much of the day. Each time we had to re-contact Armao, they immediately came out to do more work. Requested inspection for flat roof and Tim took care of repairs that were needed. Explained exactly what needed to be done and cost. He also removed old gutter and installed new one. Tim Armao and crew do nice work. Honest and very pleasant.

Armao Brothers Construction, Tim Armao came over to my house the very next day to look at my roof and give me an estimate for repairs. Luckily, it was repairs only and no new roof. Tim was very honest and trust worthy, kept me informed when the previous job they were working on did not finish in time. His workers were also very professional. Took picture of the damage and the repairs. It was nice to do business with them.

Tim called me on Sunday to introduce himself and said that he would be at my home around 9:00 am on Monday. Tim was right on time and we showed him our problems and he then went up to our roof to access the situation. Tim took photos of our problems and told us what needs to be done. We agreed ð ¯ percent. Tim came back later in the afternoon and completed the entire job. Tim was very professional and personable, along with his prices very reliable. We highly recommend Armao Roofing. You will not be disappointed at all.

Tim came out in the rain to give me an estimate within 30 minutes of me calling. We set up a date to replace the roof on my addition within a few days. He was prompt, professional, and very personable. When he left after the job everything was cleaned up. I didn't have to worry about anything. I would recommend him and his crew without hesitation!

The Armao Brothers Construction company was one of the roofing companies Homeadvisor recommended for our gutter project on our slate roof. Tim came to our house and gave us a free estimate for the seamless gutters project. We hired them, and on Monday, July 27th at 9:00 am Tim and his crew finished the prep work for the gutters, the gutter guy came the next morning and installed the seamless gutters. They were all very polite, professional, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend Armao Brothers for your roofing projects.

We woke Sunday morning to a rainy day and a leak in our roof, The light fixture was leaking water. Homeadvisor recommended Armao Brothers Construction. Tim Called and came to the house within the hour. He quoted a fair price, but advised he could not make the necessary repairs while it was raining. Tim called mid afternoon after the rain stopped, and he came back again to repair the roof. All of this on a Sunday. I recommend Armao Bothers

I really struggled hard with whether to select "yes" or "no" when asked whether or not I'd recommend Armao Bros. Tim Armao was extremely nice and polite and seemed to genuinely want to provide excellent customer service. His price was fair, and he was able to get a team out there a day after signing the contract. I had a bit of an other issue though. After my roof was finished, Tim's contracted roofer moved on to finish up with my shed roof. The roofer had taken all of his tools and materials up onto the shed as though he was about to put the underlayment down before the shingles. I noticed that he hadn't replaced any of the plywood though, and I KNEW the shed's roof wood needed replaced. I asked the roofer if he was going to replace the rotted wood and showed him how the rotted areas just crumbled in my hand, and he said that he would have to finish the next day and then made a phone call. I told Tim of my concerns and he came over to investigate, assured me that the plywood would be replaced and, again, seemed seriously concerned for my wishes. Of course, a couple of weeks after the job was finished, I started to wonder whether or not any of the plywood on my garage roof may have been rotted and not replaced to save time and cut corners. I got up into the crawlspace above my garage and looked around. Sure enough, at least one of the sheets of plywood is rotted and should have been replaced. It was hard to see all of them, especially the outer edges, but it didn't even look like any of them had been touched. All of the boards were the same shade, and it didn't appear as though any new boards had been installed. The problem with that is that I paid for what I was told was three boards on the garage roof. I think that Tim is a great guy who is trying to run an honest business and never would have intentionally allowed for shortcuts, but he may not be providing the level of site supervision necessary to ensure he's not getting taken by those who he contracts.

Reliable, best price I got, did good work and showed up on time! I would recommend.
