 + -1 moreMy experience at the store has been good. Somebody always meets you at the door and finds out why you are there. I always used PCs before and have just started getting used to a Mac. You have to make an appointment if you need some extra service or you can make an appointment right at the door and wait around the store till they call your name. Everything is white and all the employees do things over the phone. Even your receipt will come through your e-mail. I think that all Apple products are overpriced.
Description of Work: I bought a 27-inch Macintosh from the Apple Store at Albany.

 + -1 moreThey have excellent service. The salesman took his time with me, answered all my questions and explained about the service package. If you have a problem you can call a national 800 number and they will help you with your problem. I have not had to use that service.
Description of Work: I purchased a Mac desktop from them. Mac comes standard with I-tunes, I-photo and I-web.
