AMERICAN FLOORING SPECIALIST

We had grey wall to wall carpeting performed by this group about a month ago. So far, so good, we love the carpets and have not had problems. We also purchased the carpets from the same group so this made it super easy. They moved the heavy furniture and really helped a lot. The owner David came and inspected personally. We have two little dogs, so we bought carpets that are made to help protect against little accidents. We have a ranch and they did the whole first floor including all bedrooms.

We have used American Flooring Specialists several times - for the original basement wall to wall installation, for one of our bedroom wall to wall installations and for some hardwood and tiling work.  They are ALWAYS professional, prompt and reasonably priced.  
 I worked with Dave in the office to coordinate the carpet delivery and installation schedule.  Dave called me the day the carpet came in, and they were at my house two days later to do the installation.  He even came out the day of the installation to check on the job.  The crew showed up on time and spent the entire day removing our old carpet and installing the new carpet.  The three guys that came could not have been nicer and more professional.  They went above and beyond when we went to open the Bilco Doors and a family of MICE was living in the well !  They got a garbage pale and help safely (and alive) remove the mice and put the out in the back woods!  
I'm extremely happy with their service and our new carpet looks amazing!

IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE BECAUSE WHEN WE NEED SOMETHING DONE, THEY COME AND GET THE JOB DONE LIKE CLOCK WORK. THEY'RE NEVER LATE. I LOVE USING THEM. I USE THEM ALL TIME.
