I called late afternoon on Thursday, Jim returned my message quickly and he promptly arrived Friday afternoon to look at the dryer. He explained why no heat was getting into the dryer and showed me how the belt was fraying. He said the belt was not a big deal but would probably need to be replaced in six months, so I had him replace that, too. The dryer is over 20 years old, and Jim told me how much he would charge me and said a new dryer would probably cost $350, so I went with the repair. He explained to me how the lint got into the back of the unit and he vacuumed the dryer clean. The price was very reasonable and he was very patient with me and my questions.

THEY WERE ABLE TO COME THE NEXT DAY. THEY ARE ALSO ABLE TO COME IN THE EVENING IF I NEED THEM TO WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY GOOD. HE GAVE ME AN IDEA ON THE PRICE BASED ON WHAT IT WASN'T DOING AND THE FINAL PRICE WAS VERY CLOSE TO WHAT HE QUOTED. THE DRYER HAS BEEN WORKING FINE FOR A WHILE.
