Allen Roofing replaced the roof of my building last year. After, the skylight leaked and the water damaged the paint. When called about the issue, they were a nightmare to deal with. The owner had a non-responsive, we-do-not-care type of attitude. It took 2 tries to get it fixed and they refused to fix any damage inside (discolored paint). The first fix was silicon caulk still visible around the edge of the skylight. That repair did not work and looks terrible and seems to be permanent and is something you can see when looking out the skylight. My landlord has a heavy accent and asked that I talk to the owner of this company. My landlord said Allen Roofing "took the money and ran." The second fix stopped the leak. My landlord was so fed up he personally supervised the hours-long second fix. They stopped the leak, but broke the skylight (it no longer opens) and the inside of the unit was not touched. From the inside of the unit, I can still see water damage on the paint and silicone caulk on the glass. The whole process was a nightmare. This company needs to fold.

Alex Yunga and his team were great. They appeared on time the 3 days they worked here. Their clean up afterwards was through. The price was very reasonable considering the size of our roof.
Alex explained everything that he was going to do and then did it. His crew was very hard working -- they got along well without any drama. I never saw anyone just sitting around.
When he needed to come into the house to work on the skylights, he always asked.
When the work was completed, Alex and I walked around the outside of the house and inspected the skylights inside. We reviewed the bill before I made a final payment and it was exactly as the original contract that I signed.
This was probably one of the most efficient, professional companies I've ever had work on any of my homes.
I highly recommend this company. If I could I would give them A-plus!
