ALL WEATHER ROOFING

Seemed great when estimating and doing the job. Gave only a 90 day warranty. No rain for the summer so appeared to have been fixed. However as soon as rain really started in the fall, roof leaked again. On inspection of job he had nailed into roof boards on roof with flashing that has caused holes in roof. Job has not been completed properly. What is really annoying is that when I called about the leakage again I expected good customer service as he HAD been nice when estimating. I was wrong as he won't phone back after probably 20 messages left on his cell phone. I got him the first time and he said he'd call when in office but never called back - hence the 20 messages over a 2 week period. No call back at all. Obviously not going to come out and fix/repair the job he did. Makes me think he did a shoddy job of it. Do not use this company. I would have a better opinion of this company if they actually called back and discussed the job. THe reference he provided told me that he did come out and sort out his job repeatedly until it was fixed which is why I used this company in the first place. It was probably a bogus reference because this was not my experience. Subsequently we have had a lot of leakage again from the roof and have had other contractors look at the roof (recommended by Angie's list) and they have said that this company did more damage to our roof than good. We will have to do the whole thing again.
