Terrible. He used a sander to remove old paint and in the process damaged two of our windows (which we will need to replace). My husband had to micromanage the whole job. He was sloppy and after he was able to correct 15 out of the 22 mistakes we found in his work, he failed to clean the exterior of our gutters that was listed in our estimate. My husband did not realize this until after he paid him. When he did try to contact Felix, his messages were not returned. My husband saw Felix at another job and inquired about why the job was not finished. He gave some excuse that he tried, but the gutters could not get clean (although on his demonstration to us -- they looked like brand new). After much prompting, Felix did agree to return $100 of the $150 we were charged for a job he never. This does not change my recommendation. Do not use this business if you can help it.
