The inspection went very well. Will looked in every room and the attic. I only wanted to pay for two indoor samples and one outdoor so he found the areas most affected by mold. Using his air sampling equipment, he did a visual inspection and then decided to sample the air in the bathroom and bedroom. The air samples were sent to a lab in New Jersey and I had the results in three business days as promised. Will explained, in detail, what the results showed and assured me that the apartment did not contain any high levels of toxic mold. He was very honest about what he thought needed to be done to solve the problems. I felt very confident about his results and the suggested remediation. Will does not do remediation but told me what to expect from a remediation specialist.
Description of Work: Will Archino made a detailed visual mold inspection of one apartment in my house at 1126 24th Street, Watervliet NY. He then took two indoor air samples and one outdoor sample which he sent to a lab in New Jersey for analysis.
