We are a full service home inspection company specializing in mold inspections and indoor air quality testing. We were founded to bring about positive change in the home inspection and real estate industries. As such we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service. We accept cash, check or credit card payments and are available by phone or email from 9am to 9pm seven days a week.

The inspection went very well.  Will looked in every room and the attic.  I only wanted to pay for two indoor samples and one outdoor so he found the areas most affected by mold.  Using his air sampling equipment, he did a visual inspection and then decided to sample the air in the bathroom and bedroom.  The air samples were sent to a lab in New Jersey and I had the results in three business days as promised.  Will explained, in detail, what the results showed and assured me that the apartment did not contain any high levels of toxic mold.  He was very honest about what he thought needed to be done to solve the problems.  I felt very confident about his results and the suggested remediation.  Will does not do remediation but told me what to expect from a remediation specialist.
